1. Place all ingredients (except oil) in food processor or blender and process until smooth
2. Heat oil in pan over medium heat
3. Spoon batter into pan (I use a tbsp to make palm size pancakes), allow to cook until you see a couple bubbles on the tops. Flip and cook for another minute.
4. Continue until all batter is used.
5. Enjoy!!
These make the perfect grab and go meal for me...especially post workout.
