Over the last 8 weeks I lost 11 lbs, 8 inches and gained a ton of muscle and strength! This 8 weeks has been an amazing experience! It was really to be part of a group motivating and cheering each other on, with some competition thrown in there too :). Since January 25, 2015, I am down 25lbs and 60 inches!! ELXFIT is one of the best things that I have ever done for myself! I love love love the workouts, I don't get bored, they are hard, they make me sweat, they make me stronger, and they are quick and fit into our crazy schedule.

When I started I remember thinking that I was never going to make it to the end of week 8, I was so stiff and having trouble finishing the workouts in 30 minutes but it was amazing how each week got a little easier and I was then able to push myself harder. Taking 30 minutes a day to myself was just as important for my mental health as it was for my physical health and because it was at home, it literally was ONLY 30 minutes. This challenge has given me something to feel proud of, new confidence in my body and my ability to stick with these workouts.
