Coconut Cacao Macaroons


1 cups Coconut, finely shredded
cups Cacao powder, raw
1 tbs Maple syrup, organic
¼ cups Coconut Oil
½ tsp Vanilla extract
¼ tsp Himalayan Salt


1) Add all ingredients to food processor and process until well combined
2) Let sit in fridge for about 15 minutes
3) Scoop into balls (gumball size) placing them onto a parchment paper lined tray
4) Freeze for 15 minutes
5) Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer
