1. Wash chard and remove stems, reserving them.
2. Chop large leaves and set aside. Chop stems as well and set aside.
3. In a large pan heat oil over medium low heat, add garlic and cook slow until golden brown and fragrant.
4. Add onion and chard stems, increasing heat to medium. Cook until onions are soft and begin to brown.
5. Meanwhile mix together coconut milk and curry powder.
6. Add chard leaves and milk mixture to pan. Mix to combine and cover with lid.
7. Reduce heat back to medium low and let cook until greens as tender.
8. Serve immediately.
