Energy Bites

Ingredients

1 cups Dates, organic
cups Pumpkin seeds, raw (sprouted)
cups Sunflower seeds, raw (sprouted)
cups Coconut, finely shredded
1 tbs Coconut butter, organic
¼ cups Cacao powder, raw
1 tsp Vanilla
Himalayan Salt, a pinch

Instructions

1. Pit dates
2. Process all ingredients in food processor until very fine, crumbly
3. Roll into balls
4. Refrigerate in a sealed container
5. Enjoy!

I made a couple different versions. Some I used cacao and some I did not. Some I added dried apples and chia seeds, some I did not...Have some fun with these :)
