1. **IN THE MORNING** Mix together lemon juice, tamari, garlic and maple syrup. Place in the fridge until you're ready to prepare dinner.
2. Chop kohlrabi and cabbage
3. Heat coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.
4. Take garlic cloves from jar mixture and add to pan, saute until just fragrant (about one minute)
5. Add kohlrabi and cabbage to pan.
6. Drizzle with jar mixture and stir gently to coat.
7. Cover with lid and reduce heat to medium low.
8. Cook for about 20 minutes, checking occasionally for desired tenderness.
9. Sprinkle with salt (to taste) and enjoy!
