Christmas morning with a three year old....I don't think I've ever had that much fun!! We've opened a ton of gifts, played hockey, dressed up, played transformers, read books, played lego...Then breakfast went in the oven (a pre-made egg casserole) and I snuck in a quick 12 minutes to sweat before I eat all day....


12 Minute Workout - Jumping Lunges 30 seconds / Push-Ups 30 Seconds

This one is really tough and so worth it...Have fun!!
