It's a busy time but I know I just don't feel well when I don't workout...especially with all the extra treats around ;). If I don't do something to get the blood pumping and challenge my muscles, I'm guaranteed to be feeling run down and likely exhausted by Boxing Day. So here it is. Sweat fest that feels amazing and only takes 12 minutes. Started the day with a blast this morning! I got 106 BURPEES in my 12 minutes. How many can you do?
12 minutes - 30 seconds BURPEES (all out effort) / 30 seconds rest x 12
