Great workout this morning. A quick shoulders and arms routine that kept the heart rate up and muscles on fire.

 

3 SETS of the following circuit

 

Overhead Squats x 8

Lateral Cable Raises x 10

Front Cable Raises x 10

Shrugs x 20

Barbell Curls x 10

Skull Crushers x 10

V-Sit Dumbell Curls x 15

Front Grip Barbell Curls x 20

Tricep Press x 8

Bench Dips x 20
